Through continuous technical upgrades and capacity optimization, we have developed over 20 core formulation technologies and built a database of more than 30,000 mature formulations. Our manufacturing base is built and operated in strict accordance with the Cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. We have established an integrated modern production system covering raw material processing, formulation production, filling and packaging, and finished goods warehousing, ensuring a seamless transition from R&D results to stable large-scale manufacturing.

The production workshops are designed around the core principles of cleanliness, safety, and process control. Equipped with advanced production equipment and automated systems — including vacuum homogenizing emulsifiers, high-precision filling systems, automatic cartoning equipment, intelligent labeling systems, and vertical conveying lines — we ensure accurate formulation, consistent quality, and standardized product appearance throughout the manufacturing process.
Integrated Quality Management System
The factory strictly implements ISO-related quality management standards and maintains a comprehensive quality control system covering raw material inspection, in-process monitoring, finished product testing, and warehouse management. This minimizes production risks and ensures safety and consistency for every batch.

Currently, the facility employs over 200 staff members, with core personnel possessing more than five years of industry experience. All production staff undergo systematic training before assignment. Through standardized operational procedures and a well-established training system, we maintain a stable and professional workforce, ensuring efficient coordination across all stages of production and providing reliable, long-term manufacturing support for our clients.
